We usually shoot with a team of 2-3 cinematographers (candid style) and 2-3 photographers (candid and documentary style) plus one director/manager. The crew works as a team with different cameramen specializing on different lenses and styles. More cameras may be employed depending upon the scope of the event and scale of the wedding to make sure the entire event is well covered.

It’s difficult to determine the total number of images we will be shooting over a one day wedding. Around 400-500 images are expected to be shot during a full wedding day. This may add up for a two to three day wedding. All images shall be given to the client in high resolution JPEG format on a pen drive or on the hard drive provided by you (digital delivery), and ALL the images are colour and exposure edited. The images are shot both in candid and traditional style. Blu-rays and USB are fast going out of fashion, so we prefer to deliver online via cloud drive, or on storage drives if provided.

Photographs are usually delivered within 8 to 10 weeks after the wedding. However, we will share a few interesting photographs for you to post on social media within a few days.

All cinematic deliverables such as teasers/trailers or the Wedding Feature Film are delivered anytime within 15-18 weeks after the wedding.

Film editing is a tedious and creative process. After seeing hours and hours of footage, we select the best of the best shots for the main film, and naturally all this takes time. As a thumb-rule, each minute of final edit takes about one day to finalize once the final edit begins. Rest assured, once you see your final film, the wait will be well worth the time. The full wedding traditional video is also delivered within the same timelines.

No, we do not allow clients to sit through RAW footage selection. In case the couple is unhappy with some footage, he/she can communicate this after the first screening of their film and the changes will be incorporated. The changes need to be suggested within one week of screening.

You have rights to everything that has been shot by us for your event. You get all the RAW pictures/videos as well as the final videos on a 1 or 2 terabyte hard drive provided by you. The RAW videos are clips of the footage shot by all our cameras.

We may or may not store the data after all deliveries are completed. Usually we store data for up to one year from the event.

Raw data shared is only for your personal consumption, or for additional pictures to be added to a picture book. However, raw data shared cannot be posted on social media.

Travel, food and accommodation are costs to be borne by you. In addition, hard drives and pen drives need to be provided by you for the final delivery. Albums (if not included in the contract) are paid separately. Any additional days of shooting (not mentioned in the contract) shall be charged extra. No other hidden costs.

Our payment policy is very simple.

• 25% of the total amount to be paid in advance.
• 75% of the total amount to be paid on the event day (wedding day) or a day before.

We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

The advance amount paid will not be refunded if the event is cancelled or changed from the client’s end. Any change in date is subject to discussion between the client and White Wedding Project.

If the payment is not done as per the agreed terms, this agreement will not stay valid and White Wedding Project will not have any obligations to the client.

Absolutely. 130-150 images per album can be incorporated into one album should you wish to print. All images are edited and the album is custom designed. Each page of the album is 12 inches by 18 inches. The cost of the album varies depending on the quality, album size and number of images, and may vary by region. Albums can be further customized to your liking, and there may be additional costs.

We design the albums once we have the selected images from you. It takes around 2 weeks for the album to be delivered once the designs are finalised.

For albums/photobooks that are included as part of the overall package, the client needs to share the images for albums within 6 months from the date the pictures were first delivered. After 6 months there would be an additional or full charge applicable based on real-time rates. Also, we usually do not undertake album designing and printing work during wedding season (Nov – Mar).
